Bryan Richardson is the Owner & Principal Property Manager of Iron Key Property Management. With more than 20 years of experience in home improvement, business management, and real estate, Bryan is dedicated to helping property owners protect their investments through professional, reliable property management. A lifelong East Tennessean, he is passionate about serving the local community and enjoys spending time with his family, attending Tennessee Volunteers games, and giving back whenever he can.

Lily Dupuy

Lily Dupuy is the Director of Property Operations at Iron Key Property Management, where she oversees daily operations and helps ensure exceptional service for both property owners and residents. With more than 25 years of experience in real estate and operations, Lily is passionate about creating efficient processes, building strong relationships, and delivering a seamless property management experience. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and being an active part of the Cleveland community.

Forrest Atkins

Forrest Atkins is the Director of Marketing at Iron Key Property Management. With a background in digital marketing, media production, and brand strategy, he leads the company's marketing efforts to connect property owners with professional management services while strengthening the Iron Key brand. Outside of work, Forrest enjoys golfing, following football, and spending time at church with his family and friends.

Jensen Horvath

Jensen Horvath is the Leasing & Marketing Coordinator at Iron Key Property Management. With a background in digital communications, content creation, and marketing, she helps showcase available properties, supports the leasing process, and creates engaging marketing that connects with both property owners and prospective residents. Outside of work, Jensen enjoys photography, reading, and spending time with her family.
